Native English Teachers in Need
Position: Primary School English Teacher,
Location: Peking University
Duration: Part time weekend and/or full time in summer vacation
Salary: RMB 150-500/h

Now we are carrying out a series of bilingual primary courses and looking for prominent English teachers. Our object is to invite American teaching style and education ideas into Chinese classroom. Our commitment is to cultivate students into independent, proactive, creative and coorperative people through our interactive class.
GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION
You will be in charge of a semester of mathematics and/or English course for primary school students (7-12 years old). The typical length is 24 classes 2 hours/per class. Class size is 4 - 6 students. Text books are provided and a certain pace is set but we strongly recommend teachers to conduct teaching in your own way and make proper adjustment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Teach English and/or Math in a class of 4-10 students aging 6-11.
· Prepare for teaching materials.
· Help set up the classroom.
· Assign homework and provide meaningful assessment and feedback to students and parents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Native English speaker.
Teaching experience Or related education background.
Teaching licence or certification is a plus.
KEY COMPETENCIES
Enthusiastic in teaching. Proactive and energetic.
Responsible, loving and patient with kids.
Good command of communication skills and excellent control of class.
Teaching licence or certification is a big plus.
Open-minded and easy-going with great team spirit.
