Key Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Development Manager, performs Quality Assurance activities for product testing. Regularly interfaces with Software / R&D Development team regarding to design reviews, delivery testing and test tool development.
Representative tasks will include
The successful candidate will:
Interface with Software Development and R&D Groups to analyze Product Design and capture Test Requirements
Create Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports
Develop, modify and maintain Test Tools (including Requirements Definition and Specification Creation)
Conduct Product Testing and Defect Analysis
Maintain Problem Report Tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications
In a four-year college degree program working toward a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Software Engineering
Experience in designing Test Applications
Knowledge of Software Testing Methodologies
(Optional) Knowledge of MMI for cell-phones or other Embedded Devices Applications
Must be able to read/write and communicate in English
Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to take on a project with minimal supervision
High energy, self-starter with a "Team-Player" attitude
