Openings I: Intern for Hedge Fund R&D

Openings II: Normal Intern (Consulting company internship experience preferred)
Location: Beijing

Job of description:
o  Involve in a research project including but not limited to: conducting desktop research, using web crawler (Python) to collect data and information from website, analyzing data using R language
o   Work with team members to synthesize analyses into key findings and develop actionable recommendations
o   Open to talk and provide creative thoughts on Internet company valuations

Qualifications:
o   Demonstrated academic excellence and intelligence and leadership
o   Last year(i.e. senior student) from a top school (indicates that full-time presence could be guaranteed)
o  Skilled with web crawler using Python(ideally with directly-related experience) with HTML as a basic capability
o   Skilled with Linux and SQL
o   Proven analytical and problem solving abilities, superb communication skills, and strong team spirits are essential
o Knowledge/ experience ontechnology infrastructure is preferred

Time requirements:
At minimum 4 days per week full-time work, 5 days per week full-time work preferred. This R&D project has a long time frame, where long-term internship ambition is highly encouraged while short-term tries are also welcomed.
