        this job requires you to check with us on skype at 1pm and/or 8pm  from Monday to Saturday , at least once a day. If there's no work or our skype status is offline, or we don't respond to you in 5 minutes, then you can sign out to leave and check with us next time.  If you fail to check with us once, you may be removed and the employment will be terminated. In this circumstance, you can't get paid and you can't get POSITIVE FEEDBACK either.

   the 4th:
       we pay you on basis of every 60 minutes.  You finish 60 minutes(in total) of teamviewer support, you get paid in full . And for your first 15 minutes, we make payment to you every time when ( as soon as) you are done the support work.  We give you 5 star 100% positive feedback on elance/odesk, when we finish your first one hour of teamviewer work. ( we may use our partner employer accounts to hire and give feedback to you, before our account gets fixed. )
