This key role requires a creative, experienced digital designer with a breadth of agency experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As our Digital Designer, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of all visual content for clients’ websites, delivering engaging, digital experiences for customers that are reflective of the brand.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
o Producing creative visual designs, often adhering to strict brand guidelines
o Supporting existing projects, providing guidance and visual designs for business as usual content changes
o Acting as ‘brand guardian’ as part of a project team.Leading the design, producing concept design through to pixel perfect page design.
o Presenting concepts/designs to external clients and internal project teams.
o Working closely with front end developer(s) and user experience consultant(s) to ensure any creative produced is fit for purpose
o Developing of brand’s digital Corporate Identity guidelines, using existing CI guidelines as a baseline
o Working with the Digital Production Manager to ensure client requirements can be delivered to agreed specifications and timescales
o Working as part of a cross functional team to deliver on-site elements of large scale integrated marketing campaigns
Experience Requirements
o At least 3 years’ proven experience of producing digital creative in an agency environment
o Fully proficient in CS5 and up (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have an understanding of HTML5, CSS and associated technologies
o Strong typographic skills and a strong eye for detail
o An impressive online portfolio
o Experience of working with frond end developers
o Exceptional communication and organizational skills
o Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
