Customer Service Representative (Full Time or Intern)
Responsibilities:
Handle email contacting from oversea clients
Provide excellent customer service to all email addressers
Input documentation on all emails and follow-up with the clients as needed
Resolve customer support related issues and provide clients with proper solutions to their concerns
Job Requirements
Strong English skill needed, English majored students preferred
Strong communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
Customer service experience is a plus
Notes:
Required to work at least 3 days per week
Office Location: Chengjian Plaza, North 3rd Ring
