Position: Research Assistant

Department: Finance and Accounting; CEIBS-WB China Center of Inclusive Finance
Location: Beijing

Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in research project  (literature review, interview, survey, and data analysis)
2. Assist in teaching material development (case writing) and class coordination
3. Assist in contacting and coordinating with key stakeholders, including guest researchers and research partners, as well as meeting attendants.
4. Any other activities deemed as necessary by the professor/director in charge.

Job Requirements:
1. Recent Ph.D. or doctoral student with research experience in strategy, OB/ OT, entrepreneurship, economics, psychology, or sociology.  Or master graduate planning to pursue a PhD in top management schools.
2. Able to commit for at least 2 years
3. Familiar with qualitative research methodology or at least one quantitative analysis software like Stata, SAS, C++, SPSS
4. Analytical capability and intellectual curiosity.
5. Excellent Chinese and English reading (& writing) ability
