视频编码验证工程师（兼职）
工作描述：
?    对编码流支持的功能进行正确性验证
?    对编码器的编码质量进行主观和客观质量验证，并能够提出改善需求
?    对编码的码率控制进行验证

职业要求：
?    电子工程、计算机科学或物理学等相关专业本科或更高学历
?    具有视频算法，视频质量测试经验，对于各种视频质量缺陷有认识
?    熟悉UNIX/LINUX操作系统和shell/perl脚本者优先
?    富有事业心和团队合作精神，沟通表达能力良好，中英文流利


?    Video Encoder Verification Engineer(Part time)
Responsibilities:
?    Verify correction of encoder features.
?    Verify objective and subjective quality of encoder, and provides ideas for quality enhancement.
?    Verify encoder rate control accuracy
?    Maintain the script and environment for above verifications.

Requirements:
?    Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in EE, CS, Physics, etc.
?    Knowledge in video encoding algorithm, video quality testing experience, video artifacts.
?    Familiar with UNIX/LINUX operation systems, and Shell/Perl script
?    Self motivated, good communication skill and team work spirit, fluent in both English and Chinese

工作要求、薪资及地点：
?    工作要求：每周（工作日）至少需要到公司上班1.5-2天（具体时间以工作安排为准）
?    工作薪资：面议（月结）
?    工作地址：北京海淀区东北旺中关村软件园一期
