Job Title: HR Intern
Department: HR

Reporting Line: Sr. HR Manager
Purpose of the job
The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to The HR Team clients and teammates. This support is based from The HR Team office. Interns are responsible for maintaining satisfied clients by delivering assistance and administrative support to the HR team on various projects.
Responsibilities:
1.Arrange and coordinate interviews; facilitate and support the onsite interviews and test; Support internal recruitment process optimization.
2.Responsible for building up and maintenance of the staff personnel records and files
3.Data input, filing, HR information and document management
4.Charge of data maintenance in HR internal system and analyze report.
5.Work with the marketing team on JD posting and recruiting information maintaining via the job boards and social media.
6.Other HR operational work support.
7.Logistic works for onsite HR team, administrative tasks including schedule management, logistic preparation for site events/activities.
Requirements:
1.University student with major of Human Resources, business administration, economy, or language related
2.Good communication skills in both oral and written
3.Be responsible, detail-oriented with excellent execution
4.Excellent verbal and written English
5.Can afford at least 3 working days per week
6.Good in Excel skill, V-lookup, PivotTable, outlook, etc.
