前段时间投稿到Journal of Political Economy， 经济学两大顶刊之一，另一是American Economic Review，发文难道极大，我国一年发文量2篇以下。
我的文章研究消费者选择理论，编辑对文章的评价是“there is much to admire in your paper.”（文章有很好的学术贡献），但编辑认为，文章研究主题不太适合JPE，建议改投到Journal of Consumer Research. Journal of Consumer Research 是消费者选择理论的顶刊，商学院24本顶刊之一。

请教有经验的前辈，这个文章，是按照编辑的意见，投稿到JCR，还是改投到AER?

编辑说的话，要是客套话的，就当没有说，要是专业意见，听他的估计有好处。


我不在高校任职，写个文章挺不容易的，抽空写个文章，还被无情的拒绝了。那个要文章的，送她算了

There is much to admire in your paper. However, in my view the contribution you make to the literature is one that would be better suited to a more specialist journal such as the Journal of Consumer Research.
