We are a pre-launching web startup based in Hawaii. We are working on two
projects that will target the US market:

A marketplace site for local community users.
A photo-sharing site.

At present we are developing a prototype for the first project. We are looking
for one or two co-founders to work with us on both or either project,
depending on his personal interest. His responsibility will be focused on but
limited to backend system construction.

Each co-founder will be awarded equal share of equity (e.g. 1/3 equity if 3 co-
founders in total) for both projects. Two separate companies will be registered
for these two projects.

Applicants are expected to be proficient in Javascript. He should have very
good knowledge in system architecture, MVP and data modeling. The
prototype of the first project is being written in Ruby on Rails, so experience in
RoR will be a plus, though not required. For the second project, the applicant
are required to have good knowledge in photo-editing software, e.g. filters,
etc.

The co-founder, once recruited into the team, are not required to work full
time on the project (can work in spare time), though collaboration and
coordination between co-founders are required.
