Roles and Responsibilities

?Serve as the technical lead for building a new web based user front-end
?Recruit additional HTML5 developers
?Own the delivery and quality of work produced by the web development team.
?Demonstrate a systematic and disciplined approach to system architecture, component design and programming and follow a standard software development lifecycle
?Meticulous attention to detail and strong focus on clear and practical documentation
?Work closely with stakeholders, including Development Manager, Project Manager, Business Analysts, developers, and testers.
?Design, Code, Unit Test and support software components
?Act as the second line of support during production problems.
?Possibly extend the application front-end onto mobile platforms.


Technical Knowledge  

?Sound understanding of HTML5, CSS3
?Experience of Angular.js, Coffee Script, Bootstrap and knowledge of Node JS, Backbone.
?Knowledge of open source solutions and trending technologies
?Exposure to broader web technologies such as REStful API’s
?Deep knowledge on Java and PL/SQL on the server side.
?Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, SEO, browser compatibility,
