UDDI V2已经是了，V3提交给OASIS了，但不知道是否已经成为标准了呢？

看了不分UDDI V3规范，感觉和V2相比，扩展的部分还很多。

相关OASIS UDDI Specification TC（Technical Committee ）' Announcements如下：

The UDDI v2 specifications have been promoted as OASIS standards.
The UDDI v3, now at revision v3.0.1, and Schema Centric Canonicalization specifications are UDDI Spec TC Committee Specifications.

是否意味着V3还没有成为正式标准？成为正式标准的路还有多长呢，V3 还是July 19，2002就成为UDDI Spec TC Committee Specifications的。
