贴个比较官方的规则吧，出自

A传球给B（不越位）、B再传给C（A传球时越位但B传球时不越位，且没有interfering with an opponent）的情况，是不被判越位的。
Interfering with an opponent的定义：
o preventing an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by
clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision or
o challenging an opponent for the ball or
o clearly attempting to play a ball which is close when this action impacts
on an opponent or
o making an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an
opponent to play the ball
都是不适合当时梅西的情况的。看一下回放，当时梅西明显没有去接球，盯防的后卫还主动后退、远离了梅西好几步，不应该被认为interfering with an opponent。
至于手越位那个，且不说那张图是否准确，越位规则里面有The hands and arms of all players, including the goalkeepers, are not considered.
替补进场这个，那张图好像看不出是补射前还是补射后。另外规则是
If a team official, substitute, substituted or sent-off player or outside agent
enters the field of play, the referee must:
o only stop play if there is interference with play
o have the person removed when play stops
o take appropriate disciplinary action
If play is stopped and the interference was by:
o a team official, substitute, substituted or sent-off player, play restarts with a
direct free kick or penalty kick
o an outside agent, play restarts with a dropped ball
If a ball is going into the goal and the interference does not prevent a defending
player playing the ball, the goal is awarded if the ball enters the goal (even if
contact was made with the ball) unless the interference was by the attacking
team.
进场的替补显然没有引起interference，看起来进球还是有效。另外拿这个说要取消进球、实在有点鸡蛋里挑骨头了
