人家关闭民用码部分。
把明码的伪随机发生器关闭就可以了。
军码不关闭。载波不关闭。很简单的事情。
只有美国军方授权用户才能使用军码。
北斗一样的原理。北斗多了几个同步增强模式的定点卫星。
日本，印度都有区域增强卫星。
二十年前的科普水平，还有人不懂。

清华那个出国女博士实验室的反推民用码的论文还是不错的。
我详细研究分析了，思路很简单和厉害。
