Intern for Delivery Experience Data Analysis from projects for Transportation and Benchmarking (Customer Experience Strategy)

Job Description：
We believe that at Amazon every day is "Day One." To support our location in Beijing, China, we are looking for a motivated part-time program assistant to support delivery performance analysis for the Transportation and the Customer Experience Strategy teams. This role is ideally suited to someone currently studying and looking for some commercial experience with an exciting, dynamic company.

Job requirements:
o Support Amazon employees with recording the quality of customer-related processes. Detailed instructions will be given as appropriate.
o A wide range of data collection and varied administrative tasks.
o Full-time commitment (5 days, 8 hours per day)

Basic Qualifications：
o Chinese and English written communication skills
o Good attention to details
o Strong analytical skills including proficiency in Excel
o PC/Office competent
o Studying/having studied an analytical subject (economics, finance, mathematics, sciences)
o Self-starter and extremely organized

Preferred Qualifications：
o Previous work experience, especially handling data recording and business analysis
o University student in 2nd or 3rd year; graduate student in 1st year
o Interest in e-commerce and retail business issues
o Willingness to learn and improve the overall customer experience
