FPGA Development Interns:
Overview
Communication Infrastructure Research (CIR) is a research and technology development lab within Intel Labs China in Beijing. Its mission is to make CIR lab the best Communications Technology research and technology development lab in China. Its charter includes conducting world-class research and technology development, partner with Intel biz groups to max cross-architecture value and drive Intel communications technology leadership in China.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will be contributing to an ongoing strategic research project in the area of IA-based software base station, with strong technical skill and team work experience, who can work with other team members in Beijing lab to achieve its mission.
Qualifications
You should possess a Ph.D. or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer or related area. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong RTL programming skills, proficiency in Verilog/VHDL, familiar with FPGA development environments and tools
- Good understanding of computer architecture and circuit and/or logic design is a plus
- Good team player, self-motivated, fully-confident, and proactive in daily work
- Experience in Linux driver development would be an added advantage
-Preferable 4 days/ week for more than 6 months
