Responsibilities
Daily activities would include but not limited to:
- Attendance and leaves management
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Aggressively search for appropriate candidates as per request through different channels (Job websites, campus recruitment, headhunters, etc)
- Candidates screening and interviewing. Recommend proper candidates to business leaders / hiring managers effectively and efficiently
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Other ad hoc work assigned
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
- Previous experiences in HR field will be preferred
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Team player and self-starter
Location: Beijing
