Job Summary
The Red Hat Engineering team is seeking a User Experience Interaction Design Intern to join our User Experience Design team. In this role, you will participate in and contribute to an interdisciplinary team that includes other user experience designers, developers, product and marketing managers, and other stakeholders throughout all phases of the development cycle. You'll have the opportunity to improve the user experience on one or more Red Hat product lines, and contribute to open source community.
  
Primary Job Responsibilities
     o    Work closely with product owners and engineers to analyze user requirements, define user models, and streamline user experiences
     o    Create low-fidelity and high-fidelity user interaction prototypes
     o    Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes  
     o    Communicate and present information effectively and persuasively
     o    Design art for product promotions
  
Required Skills
     o    Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or a related field
     o    Web UI design experience
     o    Creative with good artistic ability
     o    Experience with HTML, CSS, and GitHub
     o    Good teamwork and communication skills
     o    Ability to learn new technology and be receptive to feedback
