Group Overview
The University Relations (UR) program nurtures strong mutually supportive partnerships between MSR Asia and the academic community. Since MSR Asia’s inception, the University Relations program has recognized the inherent value of the academic research community and the need for collaboration between academia and industry to advance the state-of-the-art in computer science. The foundation for all Microsoft Research’s University Relations efforts is a deep respect for the “virtuous cycle” that is created when university and industry researchers work together.
Position A:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Microsoft Research Asia University Relations is looking for an intern who will assist University Relations Members with program coordination and related support.
1. Internship program recruiting related support, including resume screening, interview arrangement, and all recruiting related procedures.
2. You will work on Internship program - program promotion projects, including facilitate Internship Program team members on the promotion plan and implement. UR Internship program related news, article writing.
3. UR Internship program coordination: the candidate will be responsible for communication with intern organizations, data collect and analysis timely, run internship program report, intern's feedbacks collect, and propose some good ideas on internship program;
4. Program related information supporting.

Required Qualifications:
We are looking for:
1. Abundant student activity organization experience;
2. Can write both in Chinese and English fluently;
3. Good communication skill and solve problem skill;
4. Good attitude on daily work; cautious, passionate.
5. Human Resource related major will be preferred;
6. Long-term & full-time preferred (with your supervisor's approval)
Position B:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supporting UR communications related works including:
1. Website update and maintenance.
2. Drafting and collecting information for brochures, newsletters, video, feature stories and etc.
3. New communications initiatives if any.
Quantity: 1
Required Qualifications:
1. Strong English and Chinese writing skills.
2. Computer Science related background.
3. Good communications, project management and interpersonal skills.
4. Well-organized, initiative taking and self-motivated.
5. Related work and voluntary experience a plus.
6. Knowledge on Computer Science is a plus.
7. Preferred to work at least 6 months, with permissions from your academic advisor.
