*Full-time internship in Customer Satisfaction Program team, starting from March 2010, lasting for 6 months*

*Requirement:*
1.Enrolled as a student during the internship
2.Available for a 6 months/fulltime internship
3.University degree in Business/Automobile related majors
4.Fluent in oral and written Business English
5.Advanced IT/computer skills (MS Office)
6.Good communication and social skills
7.Experience in project management/event management/communication
*Main Tasks:*
1.Support in communication of Customer Satisfaction topics and initiatives to key stakeholders
2.Analyze aggregate results of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) surveys,
business management reports, field reports, competitor studies, etc.
3.Based on the analysis, identify areas of improvement and support the
definition of action plans
4.Support and facilitate cross-functional implementation of actions through meetings and workshops with CSI Workgroups
5.Support in vendor selection, contract and payment processes and
relationship building with external vendors
6.Design reporting and analysis tools
7.Project administration, including: Milestone tracking and updating;
