-Assignment Title: ERP Operation Intern

-Working Frequency: At least 3-4 days internship per week
-Assignment Duration: May’17 – Oct ‘10


Responsibility:
-Facilitate daily operation of Asia Oracle ERP
-Facilitate issue resolving between FAST and EAST teams to ensure SLA compliance and user satisfaction
-Participate in Change Control rhythms and work issues/risk with different technical teams to ensure timely resolution
-Manage SupportCentral escalations and report to leadership on status of critical issues
-Drive support excellence by optimizing issue resolution process
-Contribute to and support R12 STIR initiative
-Support Enterprise team communications


Requirements:
-Senior undergraduate or postgraduate in major of CS, MIS, EE, or Management
-Fluent in English, both oral and written
-Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
-Ability to work under pressure & Result-focused
-Quick learner & Team player
-Good experience of student union activity preferred
-At least 3-4 days internship per week
-Long-term (eg. 8+ months) internship preferred
