Design Center at IBM Research-China（Beijing）will recruit 1 student to work on a new initiative with a cross-discipline team. The expected candidate would be able to participate in a full lifecycle of research project，and responsible for developing a novel web application to increase researchers’ productivity at the end. (Hmm, a research work for researchers, Sounds interesting?) We would also seriously consider inviting the student to join CRL/IBM if shows strong competency during the internship.  The expected candidate should meet the following requirements
1.  Strong experience of Web20 programming including JavaScript，HTML，CSS, REST, ect
2.    Strong experience on server side programming using Java
3.    Well technical design and documentation capability
4.    Passion for success
5.    Excellent communication and team workings
6.    Quick learning capability
