Job Objective:
To facilitate efficiency and productivity of the Trials Pre-Test team, an intern is required to setup and maintain our team's information system which includes a repository of Test Cases (TCs), a channel of Test Requests (TRs) and Change Requests (CRs), and a department web portal.
It will be a great opportunity for the successful applicant to work in a team that works with both R&D and the Region. It will also expose you to the testing of products before they are sent to trial by the #1 vendor in our industry.

Responsibilities:
• Setup and maintain TC repository, including data import/export;
• Setup and maintain CR/TR system, and the connection to both R&D and Service;
• Design and administer the department web;
• Assist the product verification engineers in the usage of the department's information system; and
• Create the process flow and user manual.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma;
• Strong ability in web page (HTML, XML, Wiki...) development; be capable to develop and administer a web portal independently;
• To automate the job, script programming (Perl, Python, or Shell...) would be a "plus";
• Fluent in English/Chinese speaking and writing;
• Good communication skill;
• Patient and careful;
• "Self-motivated" and "Self-directive" can make you cool under pressure;
• 3~5 work days/week, no travel outside of Wangjing.
