Position Title: Assistant for Install Base Engineer
Location: 亦庄, 提供班车午餐
Duration: At least 3 months, at least 3 days per week

Job responsibilities:
Under the instruction of IB team leader to help team finishing the work
below:
- Screen the service record, check out the complaints, and make the summary
timely for team to review.
- Responsible for product quality issues associated with complaints. To
communicate with service engineers to clarify the root cause of the issues,
track and drive these issues to be resolved thoroughly;
- Collect and make statistic for the field product service data, monitor the
IFR/MFR trend, provide measures to improve product quality.
- Drive/Conduct some design change to fix the problem raised from product
complaints


Requirements:
- Strong educational background on engineering such as electrical or
mechanical engineering is necessary.    
- Good at communication
- Good English skill both written & spoken
- Service sense to customers.
- Integrity, Cooperative & Boundless working spirits.
