1. Intergration Testing Certification Engineer
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
This position will be part of a team of BTS system test.The candidate is mainly responsible for RF&EMC testing according to international standard and company special requirements at BTS system level.The ideal candidate will have a good sense of BTS system level and radio wireless communication system knowledge,understand international standard very well and master basic RF&EMC knowledge.
As a member of the team,you will perform test cases on different types of BTS,which will involve Wimax or GSM or LTE technologies.Also,you may need to use some different kinds of radio wireless test equipment.So,the candidate is expected to have a history of testing.
As a Test Engineer, you will be able to:
• Develops test plans,test cases,test code and test procedures for automated and manual tests.
• Defines and configures test platforms,systems,test equipment and supporting tools.
• Executes tests while tracking progress,documenting results and diagnosing issues identified.
• Participates in requirements,code and results reviews.Summary test documents as needed.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
• Master degree, major in EE or equivalent
• Good knowledge of radio wireless communication systems
• Working experience in GSM/LTE/Wimax testing is a must.
• Proficiency in Labview is a must.
• Comprehensive knowledge on relevant global environmental standards and environment verification of the same
• Comprehensive knowledge on relevant global regulatory standards and product approval procedures
• Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude
• Effective written and oral English communication skills
• Able to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Able to work independently
2. ALT engineer
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
This position will be part of a test team of BTS. The candidate is responsible for reliability testing against requirements at system /sub-system level and/or at module level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand the requirements of reliability on system level and module level even of component level, develop reliability test plans and write detailed test cases and test report. work collaboratively with the development team to analyze the test result and trouble shoot issues found in testing. educe the conclusion according to the reliability theory and test model.
As a member of the team,you will be responsible to perform reliability(ALT) test on different projects which will involve Wimax or GSM or LTE technologies. Also,you may need to use some different kinds of RF,digital,mechanical, environmental test equipment.So,the candidate is expected to have a history of testing.
As a Test Engineer, you will be able to:
• Develop reliability test plans, test code and test procedures for automated and manual tests.
• Define and configures test platforms,systems,test equipment and supporting tools.
• Execute tests while tracking progress,documenting results and diagnosing issues identified.
• Participate in requirements,code and results reviews.Summary test documents as needed.
• analyze the test data and test result.
• educe the conclusion based on the calculation with reliability theory.
• complete final test report.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Master degree with specialty of Reliability Engineering or equivalent
* Be accomplished in reliability theory, test model and test standard
* Working experience in Accelerated Lift Testing.
* Good knowledge on Electronic, Wireless Communication, Electric, even on Mechanical.
* Proficiency in Labview and scripting languages
* Excellent teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude
* Effective written and oral English communication skills
* Able to identify, analyze and solve problems
* Able to work independently by strong practical ability.
